Pskov State Pedagogical University signed  bilateral agreement with Liaoning Normal University in China

On 17-21 May, 2010 first official visit of rector of Pskov State Pedagogical University Alexander Gogolevskiy was made to Liaoning Normal University in the People’s Republic of China. Professor Alexander Gogolevskiy was invited by the rector of Liaoning Normal University to China to discuss future cooperation areas and to sign Agreement of bilateral cooperation between universities.

Rector of Pskov State Pedagogical University delivered the lecture about modernization of higher educational system in the Russian Federation for the lecturers and students learning Russian in Liaoning pedagogical university and made detailed presentation of Pskov State Pedagogical University for the Chinese research community
