April 7, 2010 rector of Pskov State Pedagogical University Alexander Gogolevskiy received representative of the society, supporting friendly relations between Russia and Germany (Neuss), Harald Beschoten and the director of Educational Centre for social adaptation, Natalia Kurchanova.

During the meeting  the cooperation issues between Pskov State Pedagogical University and German centre, possibility of mediation in searching the partner university in Germany, ready to work with our university in the sphere of training the specialists for social work, exchange programs and training programs led by German lecturers, were discussed.
Consequently, there was reached the agreement to send for the social work practice the group of students from the Faculty of Social technologies, led by the dean of the faculty.
